Second Shift Urethane Molder
The ideal candidate will have great multi-tasking skills, will be detail-oriented, and must be able to read and follow process instructions. The position involves loading and unloading of molds following written procedures, operating hydraulic presses, and troubleshooting quality defects while making appropriate adjustments. Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Second shift hours are from 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Machine Operators 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Responsibilities involve operating presses by following process order sheets to load material and unload parts. Operators are also responsible for trimming and inspecting of parts, and may be involved in press setup. Responsibilities also include monitoring proper temperature and pressure settings and troubleshooting reliability and quality issues as needed.

Qualified candidates must be able to read and understand process sheets and lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing experience a plus, but not necessary if candidate can learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 1st shift 5 AM - 1 PM, Monday - Friday; 2nd shift 1 - 9 PM, Monday - Friday; 3rd shift 9 PM - 5 AM, Sunday - Thursday.
